Why do all the YouTube workout channels seem so sexual? I am somewhat new to the world of video/YouTube workouts, so maybe this is just normal for video trainers. Or maybe I'm just an envious B-cup, but these huge fake boobs seem so unnecessary to me. I guess I prefer to watch women who are genuinely working with and improving their natural bodies.
So, I've watched Zuzka Light, Bodyrock.TV, and the Tone It Up! girls who frolic around on the beach in their bikinis the whole time. I guess I'm just clutching my pearls, but are there any more normal YouTube channels?
I realize this whole post makes me sound like a granny. I swear I'm not!
I do Zuzka Light's workouts. I just ignore the breasts and focus on my workout. But I agree with you that there is no need to show so much. She is in great shape and could just wear a regular sports bra and tank top.
The host of Zuzka Lite used to be the host of Bodyrock.tv. Her XH was the videographer for the videos so when they got divorced, she started her own series of youtube videos and Bodyrock got a new host. Bodyrock has always produced "sexy" videos, but I've found the more recent ones are a bit more tame.
Like Kat, I really enjoy the bodyrock videos. The workouts are great and kick my butt. I especially like the new format. Very easy to follow. When I was doing the workouts consistently I had amazing arms and my abs were looking pretty good too. I just ignore the sex appeal and focus on the workouts.
