I started a diet on Monday and have been really, really good about it. In fact, somehow I have managed to lose 4.3 pounds. However, Renata's post about eating banana cream pie and drinking wine tonight has me really craving a yummy dessert.
Today has been a bad food day as far as me not eating. I overslept and then just had so much shit to do today that I've barely eaten. I had a glass of milk for breakfast and then some leftover boiled cabbage at lunch time. (As an aside, I've eaten much better than that on other days with regular, healthy meals). Sooo, I figure I have room to treat myself to some wine and dessert tonight, but nothing so crazy that it will ruin my hard work.
So, what is something I can eat a big serving of that has less than 500 calories (so 250 calories a serving and I'm going to eat two)? I've seen on Pinterest that you can use a can of diet coke with a boxed cake mix to make a cake - maybe something like this?

I've done the can of diet coke with a chocolate cake mix, and it isn't the worst thing I've ever had by any means, ha! I made cupcakes out of them, I think they were less than 100 calories each. If you have any white/lemon/yellow mix, you can use a can of diet sprite with those.
Those Fiber One things sound pretty good, and at least I'll be getting some positive nutrition. Looks like I'm heading to the grocery store after the little one goes to bed in a few minutes.
I have a chocolate cake mix and diet coke at the house, but I don't want something that tastes like ass.
Go on Pinterest and look for skinny cake or ww cake. I have brownies on mine that are made with applesauce. There is a bunch of stuff on there. I'm doing ww and I ate 3 pieces of pepperoni and jalapeno pizza with two microbrews and honey for the crust and I still lost 2 pounds so I wouldn't worry about it too much just eat more fruits and veggies tomorrow to make up for it.

Oh, I read this wrong. I thought you said it was the worst thing, lol. I think I'll try that sometime with fruit and cool whip on top!
I just saw on pinterest that you can do the same thing with diet coke and brownie mix. YUM. The person who pinned it said it's really good and only 105 calories per brownie.
