How do you feel about morning sex?

I feel like people generally love it or hate it. Where do you stand and why?

HATE. HATE HATE HATE. I need to be showered and have my teeth brushed before you're coming anywhere near me.

I like it the best, but it always makes us late so it doesn't happen very frequently, except on weekends.

It doesn't happen often for us, so it's sort of lost its luster for me. Of course, DH being all "Hang on a sec, I need to brush my teeth..." doesn't help keep the mood alive in the morning either.

I don't care about it either, but for some reason DH gets a burr up is arse and has to brush his teeth. He's gotten a bit more prissy as he's gotten older LOL

Love it. I love going from morning snuggles right into it. I also sometimes love it because it gets it off the to-do list for the day, so even if the day gets crazy and we're too tired at night, we've still already got one under our belt for the day. Plus, you just can't have a bad day when you start it off with sex.

FTR, there is no mouth kissing during morning sex. There are only sweet sweet little forehead and neck and cheek and hand and you get the idea kisses. Then, because he is the morning person and I am not, I just get to lie back and enjoy the ride while he does all of the work. And then, I no longer have the feeling, "ugh, I have to get out of bed now." It's more like, "hmm. Time to get up!" It's such a lovely way to wake up.

Win-win.

If it's a lazy day, I like morning sex. If I have to go to work, forgetaboutit. I like to sleep and relax after sex.

It's OK. For me, it's a lighting issue. I don't need to see my thighs in direct morning sun. I'd rather wake up and do it in the middle of the night.

Generally morning sex is a quickie. Though if it's a day we have off and DD has program, after she's on the bus we have really good sex.

I prefer weekend sex where there is no alarm clock to be heard from in the morning.

Sigh. Not anymore. When we were TTC we did for a few months. Our old usual was a few times during the week, and then 3-4 times on the weekend. Now we're at like once a week. But the baby just moved into her room last week, so I'm hoping to improve our numbers.

I used to enjoy it. It's a nice way to start the day. But I'm usually up with DS around 7 and H gets up later (usually around 9 or 10) so there really isn't much of an opportunity.

I used to prefer it in the evening but I'm so dead tired every night that morning sex is pretty much all we have these days. We don't end up with as much time but the time we do have is more enjoyable since I'm not exhausted.

I hate mornings, but I love morning sex. I'm tough to get out of bed, and he's nocturnal, so if it's gonna happen Monday - Thursday, it's morning sex.

We have never done this. Maybe I should try; my current method of getting Mr. Kuus out of bed is to play earworms on my phone and put it on the pillow next to his head until he's annoyed enough to get the hell up.
