The trainers were great, I can't say enough good things about them.
They were so attentive and motivating and helpful with everything.
First workout went great and I am very very happy with how my husband and I did and absolutely amazed at how painful and exhausting an 8:20 min workout can be (we did warmup and they taught us clean and jerk and assisted pullups and I was sweating!) I feel like I have sprinted a mile and got hit by a small vehicle but still feel pretty energized.
We will absolutely be going back for more. Hopefully I will be able to get out of be for my 5k tomorrow (just running it for fun).
Yay! So glad you liked it. IMO, it just gets better once you get comfortable with the moves and get to know people so you can support each other during the workout.
