No, I have been off of it since May 2012. My cycles were pretty consistent until this last one. I was not expecting to ovulate this early at all, especially since last month was so late. I hadn't even started temping yet for this cycle. I just randomly decided to do an opk test because I felt crampy and pains on my left side.

Pretty much the same thing happened to me this month. I started temping on CD7, used an OPK on CD9 and it was super positive. Temp has been slowing rising and wobbling around since, with negative OPKs. Now I'm just waiting to see if my period starts when I expect it to (or a BFP, heh).
Was your period light enough that it could have been spotting? Remember that opks can sometimes register positive if you are pg, too, since that hormone is present then also. I'd take an hpt just to be sure.
FWIW, my cycles were 28d for the first 4 or 5 months after coming off of bcp, and then got wonky. And I had my shortest (26d) immediately following my longest (I think it was 34 or 35d).
