I'm currently eating Caribbean black bean soup (from Wegman's, Motzie!) and it is super delicious.

I also got my new watch delivered last night and just went and got it sized. It is bee-yoo-tiful!

My H took the boys to the grocery store earlier, so I now have some food in the house. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and I'm hoping she can help me with my crappy skin. I get my bonus on Friday!

I just picked up my new glasses... which is a positive and a negative. Positive because my prescription hasn't changed in like 5 years, my old ones were getting worn out, and the new ones a freaking cool. Negative because now I have to get used to how the new ones feel. I keep thinking that Slimer is sneaking up on me because I keep seeing this bright green blob in my peripheral vision (it used to be a tortoiseshell blob).

Oh, and work is crazy busy. Good, because, you know, job security and all that. Bad because OMG I just want to slack off for 10 minutes.

I've been using new skincare and it's making me actually want to look pretty - and I've been getting a ton of compliments today on my skin/makeup. Plus, when I got to work, a space opened up 4 spaces from my office. I usually have to walk 4 blocks. woohoo!

I am using the Philosophy Miracle Worker set.  I bought the little travel size to just try it out - it has the cleanser which is awesome with my clarisonic and then the retinoid pads and the moisturizer.  And I bought a new brush head for my clarisonic which also made a huge difference.
