I've seen a few posts on here in the past about pacing with Garmin watches and thought this might be useful. I found it really helpful for setting up the display screen on my new 610, and understanding what the data meant.

If I was techy, I think I'd have an e-crush on dcrainmaker. He's always there to give me advice and work me through my problems
