gray or beige for bathroom remodel

We'll be remodeling the master bath of our new home.  We're trying to decide between doing light gray or light beige/cream for the tile.  We want it to be really neutral and not trendy.  I tend to prefer the look of gray over beige but H thinks that gray is more of a fade color for bathrooms.  Thoughts?

Why not compromise and go with a blend of the two, like BM Revere Pewter, SW Perfect Greige (or Versatile Gray, from the same card) or another 'greige' tone.

I have heard designers say that gray is more versatile than beige, that it isn't as limiting.

I personally hate beige tile because to me it always looks like dirt (says the person with a house full of beige tile). I'd like a gray or white.

Agree with Pamela. We have beige now, and it's hideous. It really does look filthy no matter what I do. I can't wait to tear it out.
