My H is better about changing the roll than I am, and all of our holders are like that.

I showed him that holder and he couldn't stop laughing at what a ridiculous (and ugly) thing that was.

That's ridiculous.
However, is it weird that I kind of like it for one reason. About once a month I like to take a long bath and catch up on TV on the IPAD while I'm in there. I usually do a plate stand on the bathroom counter to hold it, but I could move this wherever for better viewing.

Dumb I know. And I never own it. But I could like it for that reason alone.

That use makes sense to me.  You should invent a stand without the TP holder, and market it for hands free movie watching.

DH laughed when I showed him this. Then again, he does read the news on his tablet every morning in the bathroom....

BUT I would totally support a similar notion for hands-free reading while taking a bath!
