So I don't know if it was because I did a ten mile run yesterday or I'm PMSing or I'm just a piggy, but I cannot seem to stop eating today. I feel like I'm famished even though my stomach seems full. I know ten miles to most of you ladies is a drop in the bucket, but would doing that amount of mileage have an effect on my appetite?

It's just so weird because I know that I am PMSing (oh goody!) but that along with the hunger from running is making me go crazy. And I'm eating so much that my poor little stomach feels distended but I just feel like I MUST EAT OR ELSE I WILL GO CRAZY. I'm trying to eat healthy as I ransack the pantry but mixed with the PMS my ideal would be chocolate covered bacon or cheese or something. LOL.
The meal planning ahead is a good thought. The night before running we had salad... in hindsight, probably a really bad idea. LOL. Not any protein that night.
I had honey stingers during the run (I had one at mile three and then one every two miles after) since I know my blood sugar is already really low. I finished and felt pretty darn good so I thought I would be able to control my crazy appetite, but apparently the next day is the worst?
