My husband and I would like to slowly renovate our 1960's kitchen. First, we'd like to change out the icky linoleum floor(previous owners put it in new a few years ago, but it needs to go!). We are dreaming of a tile flooring, but we do not have the patience to learn how to put in traditional tile. While at Lowes, we found Snapstone tile. . .It is a bit more expensive, but seems accessible to people like us! Anyone ever use it? Raves or rants?
Oh, and I may post some pictures to get some inspiration. We definitely want to paint our cabinets and put new hardware on, since we can't afford a complete reno!
TIA:) Are we shocked I have an actual D&R questions?? LOL
It's pretty pricey when you include using their grout. I think you could get a tile of similar quality installed for about the same price hiring it out.
Yeah, I'm with Kaylie. When we researched flooring options, snap tile quickly got eliminated due to the price. Have you considered sheet vinyl, vinyl tiles, or new linoleum?
