Im interested in the responses to this b/c I just took the plunge and bought a ton of Kirklands TP recently...and I'm still kind of missing my Charmin. It's not bad...but it's definitely not as soft. But it was so much cheaper that I had to at least give it a whirl.
Kirkland Signature products are very good, in my opinion and experience. I wish they had a recycled TP option, but their regular TP is great. That said, I'm not one who needs a super-squishy TP. As long as it does its job, I'm happy.
We also buy the Kirkland Signature cheddar, "green" dish soap, and other random things I can't think of at the moment. My company sells a product to Costco that they market under the KS name, and it's very high quality.
Edit: Pretty much all drugs/vitamins we get at Costco are KS. Ibuprofen, acetaminophen, cetirizine (Zyrtec)... The KS "Allertec" (their Zyrtec) is, like, $15 for a 365-pill bottle.
We use it and are happy with it. We had to stop using Charmin because it clogged up one of the pipes and caused our toilet to overflow. We also buy their paper towels, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dish soap.

We use the KS TP and like it. I don't like the lint a lot of other brands leave behind. However, we mostly use family cloth and generally only use regular tp for poo.

I accidentally bought the Kirkland TP last week - it was an accident because for some reason I thought that's what I had before from the last time I stocked up, but I guess it must have been Cottonelle (bought at Costco) because there is a huge difference between what I'm using now and what I was using a week ago. I don't like it much, it isn't terrible, but I will probably go back to the nicer stuff next time. For the extra $5 or whatever I think the nicer stuff is worth it.
In general, anything else Kirkland that I have bought has been good. I can't think of any specific complaints or raves.

The clogging is how I'm consoling myself over the loss of my beloved Charmin, lol. My SIL was recently here and we were discussing potty training and TP and she told me that they switched from Charmin for the same reason (lots of clogging problems even after she started carefully monitoring my niece and nephew to make sure they weren't using too much.) Now that DS is potty trained, I figured it was as good a time to switch.

Yup, the plumber told us that the Charmin gets stuck in the pipes more easily than other brands of TP. He suggested we use something safe for septic tanks since it breaks down easier.

I hate their toilet paper. My H bought a huge pack of it when he went to Costco when we were low on TP and had a 1 week old. It took 7 months to use it up!
A better question would be what Kirkland products do I NOT buy? Off the top of my head, I can think of: Toilet paper Wet wipes Paper towels Facial tissues Laundry detergent Dryer sheets Butter Workout clothes Nuts OTC meds Canned tomatoes Cheese
Like PPs have said, it's good but will definitely take some getting used to. You can't beat the price though.
We actually prefer the kirkland diapers over the name brands. They are so much better. We also buy the olive oil, ibuprofen, cheese and laundry detergent. I've never been disappointed with their brand.
I haven't tried the Kirkland TP yet, but we use and absolutely love: dish soap, free & clear laundry detergent, olive oil, ibuprofen, and saline solution.

We use Kirkland TP exclusively and it's fine. I've never been picky about that. In fact, I like it better than Cottonelle...TP that's "too squishy" leaves me feeling like fibers get left behind and I think it falls apart too easily.
What else do we use that's Kirkland brand...paper towels, tissue, vanilla extract, frozen pizza, butter, chicken breasts, whole chickens, vitamins, trail mix, napkins, cinnamon.
When I had kids on formula and/or in diapers I also used their powdered formula, diapers and wipes.
The only Kirkland product I've tried and didn't really like was the Greek yogurt. It wasn't horrible, but I definitely preferred the taste of both Wegmans brand and Fage enough that I'm willing to pay the extra $$ for them.
We use the TP and my TP-picky husband does not complain.
We also use the paper towels, free & clear laundry detergent, gummy vitamins, and chicken breasts. I just bought body wash as well...haven't tried it yet though.
