Is anyone interested in doing a daily thread where we all post what we have eaten each day? I know it would help to keep me accountable. It also doesn't need to be limited to people who are participating in the contest.
I was hoping we would do something like this. I'm a major stress eater so I need help staying in line. I all ready have a list of rewards I get for every 2 pounds I lose!
I'd participate. I've been in maintenance mode for a few years now but in the last 8mos the weight has been creeping back on. I think having to see what everyone else is eating compared to what I want to eat will help get me back on track and back to goal weight.
Today I had: Breakfast - coffee, wheat toast w/ yogurt butter Lunch - lentils w/ rice and red pepper salsa Dinner - will be shrimp w/ stir-fried veggies and an eggroll
I forgot, I had a 12oz Coke (leaded, not diet) today too.
breakfast - greek yougurt, banana, and coffee with creamer Lunch, turkey sandwich on wheat with colby jack cheese and lettuce, starwberries, and a cucumber Snack - a fiber one bar Dinner - leftovers from yesterday (penne and meatballs) Snack 2 - I usually eat something in the evening to help me use up any WW points I didn't eat earlier. If I have time to eat a bigger breakfast, I usually just have a few points to use up. Tonight I will have about 12 points left, so I will probably eat a PB&J. Since I am EBF - I have to eat up all my points.

Breakfast: greek yogurt with honey, strawberries, blueberries and a little granola Lunch: arroz con pollo - homemade Snack: orange Dinner: chicken fajitas
I just had dinner. Neither of us wanted to cook, so DH brought home Boston Market. I had turkey with a tiny bit of gravy and mixed veggies (carrots, broccoli, and zucchini). Oh, I also ate the cornbread, which is probably not good.
Later this evening I'll have two of the Fiber One haystacks for dessert.
I love the accountability of this. Here's on my list today:
Breakfast: Double fiber with peanut butter and honey. Coffee with Bailey's creamer. Morning snack: Watermelon Lunch: Spinach, tofu and mixed veggie stir fry with sweet chili sauce Snack: Babybel light Dinner: Smashed potato with black beans, kidney beans, corn, salsa and avocado Pre-dinner snack: Shiraz

Thanks! The smashed potato thing is my go-to when I have no real motivation to cook. It's just red potatoes mashed into mashed potatoes (sometimes skin, sometimes no skin) and then I throw in whatever veggies I have on hand that seem like they would go good together. It's so easy, but so awesome.
BFast: 1 slice TJs whole grain toast with TJs crunchy peanut butter Lunch: Veggie burrito bowl from Chipotle with brown rice, mild salsa, black beans, cheese, guac, and lettuce Dinner: TJs salmon burger w/ slice of monterey jack cheese on a skinny bun, side of TJs garlic fries (oops! But SO DAMN GOOD!)
Yesterday I had a smallish bagel for breakfast. Lunch was a big salad and dinner was sandwiches toasted under the broiler and chips. Not the greatest food day but not the worst. I ran 4.6 miles for exercise.
