B - coffee w/milk, sliced fruit, 1/2 ww english muffin + egg S - mixed nuts/dried fruit L - leftover spaghetti + meatballs, apple S - snap peas with yogurt dip D - salmon + vegetables (corn, maybe?)
E - kicking off my new training plan, so I think it's a 4 mile run. Maybe pilates or yoga this evening.
B: oatmeal w/ nuts, dried cranberries, banana and black coffee L: salad w/ romaine, crumbled goat cheese, walnuts, champagne pear vinaigrette and a gala apple S: blueberry greek yogurt D: ?? TBD - DH is cooking since I have grad class tonight E: Rest day
B: iced coffee, organic dark chocolate oats w/ PB & banana L: egg salad w/ tomato on ww, pickles, an apple, cheez-its S: orange, low fat cottage cheese D: ? E: either a rest day or 1 hour walk. I worked out pretty hard the last few days and my body could use a rest day.
B: decaf tea with almond milk, banana with 1 tbs peanut butter L: 1C brown rice and veggies S: celebrating my birthday at work (it was last week). I so wish we could skip this, because I ate way too much on vacation (and spent last night throwing up and feeling like crap) and I can't imagine a cupcake will help. Ugh. D: smoothie (almond milk, 1/3 banana, mango, blueberries, spinach) E: maybe yoga. I think spin would do me some good, but I feel awful… we'll see. It was a struggle for me to even get up for work today.

B: Special K fruit & yogurt in almond milk; 3 prunes S: watermelon L: leftover ham, broccoli and mac & cheese, small salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette S: strawberry yogurt or Clif Z brownie bar S: whichever didn't get eaten, yogurt or bar D: Oven baked chicken fajitas w/ sour cream, shredded lettuce, tomato & small amount of cheese S: banana "fro yo"
E: ran/walked on the TM, a little over 2 miles total; prenatal lifting DVD later when I get home

Mind if I jump in and join you all? I'm a frequent reader of these posts but rarely chime in. Maybe writing it down here will help me stay on track with my new eating goals.
