I think you're smart to rest up. I was down with a low-grade fever yesterday and felt so much better this morning that I worked out even though common sense told me not to. And it sucked...bad workout that left me feeling crappy when I was done. Next time I'll use my head, and have a better workout to show for it! Feel better soon!
