I made this lasagna: allrecipes.com/Recipe/Worlds-Best-Lasagna/. It certainly wasn't low calorie but was very tasty. I left out the added sugar and salt but otherwise followed the recipe.

I made up my own lasagna lol. I did a meat and veggie sauce (wanted to add more veggies to meals so I cut up a few carrots, celery and onion to put in with the meat sauce), then a layer of spinach ricotta. It came out so good! DH has been talking about it non stop and can't wait for me to make more. Melody also loved it!

I made the Irish Soda Bread, twice. I made it by hand the first time and food processor the second time. Both ways turned out great- well probably stick to food processor since it is quicker, just don't overmix the dough.
