I'd say I'm a side sleeper 75% of the time, a stomach sleeper 20% of the time, and a back sleeper the other 5%. I used to use two pillows stacked so I could just move one if I wanted to have less height or if I changed positions, but we've got those curved tempur pillows now. They're okay, but honestly I think I prefer a boring cotton batting stuffed pillow. I don't really like feather pillows.
I am a 50/50 side/stomach sleeper. I have 2 down pillows that L bought me when we first started dating 12y ago that are perfect. And while I know that I need to get rid of them, I can't find other pillows that are the perfect height (despite multiple attempts.)
Our bed has 6 main pillows. 2 for each of us and 2 decorative queen pillows (and a bunch of small decorative ones). Even though we each have two pillows we only sleep with one each.
We have 6 pillows on the bed. 2 for each of us. ( we still cosleep with Annie) She insisted on 2 because that is what mommy and mama have. Mine and carols are sort of fake memory foam type ones from Ikea. Annies are the two thinnest flatest ones we could find at target.
I think we have 8 pillows on our bed. I have the 2 flat ones for sleeping and a fluffier one for when I need to be propped up to read/watch tv/etc. L has the remaining 5. Sigh. She surrounds/buries herself in pillows...heck, sometimes I don't even know if she is still in the bed in the morning.
You guys have a lot of pillows!! We have two, one each. Mine is some fancy memory foam type thing my parents gave me. Hers cost $5 at Target. When we go to hotels we throw all but 2 on the floor.
I mostly sleep on my side but maybe 20% on my back. I don't have a fancy pillow, but sometimes think I should get one. My wife has one of those tempurpedic things, and she sleeps on her stomach, so I am BAFFLED as to why we bought her that pillow. But she swears by it so whatever works
If I were to buy a new pillow, what is recommended?
