IMO, any handyman should be able to do that. It's literally three connections - water input, water output, and electrical (probably a plug), plus balancing/attaching it. It should take a good handyman about an hour - maybe less.

I'm worried about the extras - I saw one quote that was 179 and that didn't include disposal hookup. Me thinks that a bit high and I'd rather pick the service provider.
We bought ours from Home Depot and just paid for install. They use local contractors and the guy was great. Took him about an hour, and he even ran into an issue and thankfully had a spare part in the truck to fix the problem.
