Ran a half yesterday, was a little sore last night but today feel good if anything slightly stiff. Normally on Mondays I do TRX (total body strength training followed by yoga. Would you skip TRX tonight and just do yoga or do both?

I'd skip TRX and maybe do the yoga if you think it will help you stretch out more than it will hurt you.

I'd do yoga or nothing. Rest after a race isn't a bad thing.

I did a HM yesterday as well and I am thinking either complet rest or yoga at most.
