Two weeks ago, I bought some photoshop brushes from an Etsy seller. I was never able to open the file because the file isn't compatible with my version of PS, which I plan to upgrade soon. Anyway, I emailed to ask for any tips or help and got zero response from the seller. I figure maybe she isn't as responsive as most sellers I have dealt with and chalked it up to me just needing to upgrade and that isn't her problem, so two days ago, I left neutral feedback for her. I was already aggravated that she never emailed back, but negative feedback wasn't really appropriate because it was my software issue, so I just made the decision to leave neutral.
So IMMEDIATELY and over the course of the past two days I have gotten 5 emails wanting to know why I left neutral feedback and some "kiss and make up" email generated through Etsy. I haven't responded to her because I am PISSED. You can't email me back when I am having an issue, but NOW you harass me? WWPBD? How would you approach it?

Yeah, I'd ignore her. Your review is honest and if she doesn't care about the sale enough to respond to your original email, too bad for her, neutral review it is.
I'd be pissy and ask her why she couldn't be bothered to respond to you when you needed help.
This. The sale isn't necessarily over once the money has been handed over. Part of being a good shop owner is making sure your customers are satisfied with your product and that they would return to you, and recommend you to others. She did none of that. Maybe giving her your honest yet brutal feedback will help her not screw others over later.
I'd explain the issue to her. Good service (product) + bad service (customer service)= neutral review, if you're lucky. And if she's writing angry emails to you about your review, she obviously has no clue how to be a businesswoman.

I would send her one final convo saying that although you appreciate the refund and effort NOW, that your neutral feedback will be staying because you were not happy with the transaction. Should she have responded in a timely fashion and been more helpful you would have been willing to leave positive feedback because, well... shit happens and sometimes things just don't work out. But she had horrible customer service until she received neutral feedback and that's not acceptable. I would also tell her that you would appreciate her professionalism in letting it go and not sending any more messages. I mean, if someone were to finally email back and apologize profusely that there was something that had gone wrong in their life or whatever I'd be more willing to give them a pass, but come on... conveniently after you leave neutral feedback she pops up? Yeah right... she's just a lazy seller.

She sounds a bit crazy. I wouldn't remove the feedback. I think it's import for other customers to know your experience. I would be annoyed that she ignored your emails and now that it's about her she wants to communicate with you.
She never apologized or gave any excuse for not replying. Never even acknowledged that I didn't get a response. I have composed an email back and I am going to sleep on it.
