If you give yourself a "cheat" day or a day with no tracking do you use any of your weeklies during the week? Or do you count that cheat day as your weekly points?
On a cheat day, I really wouldn't worry about my points at all. But the rest of the week - I'd try to leave some of my weekly points to buffer my cheat day.
Ya, I haven't been tracking my cheat day and I think I need to. I just grab stuff without even thinking because "hey, it's my cheat day".
I'm not making progress and I'm so so frustrated.
Yeah, you should count them. I realized that what I really want to eat on my cheat days actually eats way more than my weeklies. So counting keeps it under control.

I weigh in on Saturday mornings at 7:30am, so I give myself SAturday off. Though, it has been full days in the past, I'm now making it more like 1 cheat meal and drinks instead of the whole day.
but no, I try not to use my weeklies. I do however, track and use my exercise points. As training gets harder (I ran 6 miles on Saturday which was a little over an hour for me) I have to use those points to stop from eating my arm off the next day.

I try not to think of days as "cheat days", but more like eddy where I have a meal or drinks that are more indulgent. And I count it as pretty much all my weeklies, depending on how much wine I drink and exactly what's in the meal.
I have definitely found that if I am not honest with tracking, it hurts me in the end and I don't get the results I want. My leader is always telling our group "if you sort of follow the program, it sort of works; if you really follow the program, it really works." That's hard to remember when pizza is staring me in the face, but I try to keep with it.

Not that I am making any progress. :::sigh:::
I have been on WW since Sept and it took 3 months before I started dropping the weight. Now I am consistency losing every week and down 20 pounds. I also played around with points and lose more when I eat my activity points. Don't give up! It's so frustrating but your body will figure it out!!

I still track my "cheat days". Like melo, I weigh in on Saturday mornings so on Saturday afternoon/evening I might have pizza or a Blizzard or something that will make me go over my daily allowance but I still track it. It might be a day where I eat 40-50 points but I put every last point into my tracker. I typically only use 10-20 of my weeklies on any given week. If I use anymore, I don't lose or even have a small gain. If I don't use any, I can usually lose 2 pounds.

I pretty strict right now. I have only been on for 3 weeks and have 5 more weeks until SIL's wedding so I am trying to lose as much as possible so I don't have cheat days. I use some of my weekly points for a drink or 2 on weekend.
