Do you eat? I know this is a stupid question. I am never hungry though. I never eat breakfast I usually only eat lunch on the weekends and I have dinner every night and some times a snack before bed. I know how bad this is for my metabolism. I just wish I was hungry more often.
I usually eat 5 times a day . Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner.
Even if I'm not that hungry when it's a meal or snack time I make myself at least eat some of it. I can really tell a difference when I work out in the evenings if I haven't eaten enough throughout the day.
I am just like you, I just rarely if ever get hungry. Plus, I am fat because I have zero metabolism. I am "dieting" right now and am forcing myself to eat regularly, it kind of sucks.
I feel like I never stop! I eat 3 meals and at least 2 snacks a day (like today I have already had my 3rd snack!), but I usually don't eat breakfast for about an hour or 2 after I get up.
On days I run there is a noticeable difference in my hunger. Can you try drinking a smoothie in the morning? I find that is great when you are on the go!
Every four hours. Although I really eat breakfast, drink a 700 calorie/64 gram protein drink throughout the day and eat dinner. Food bores the shit out of me lately.
Lately, not often enough. I try, but the most I can handle is some fruit for breakfast, and a snack sized meal at lunch. I have absolutely zero appetite after 3 pm. It sucks, and I wish I could eat more. I've been getting most of my calories from smoothies and my juicer has gotten a lot of use lately.
