2.Anything interesting/funny/neurotic to share TTC related?
3. QOTW/QTKY- When you get your BFP how do you plan on telling YH or is he going to be there when you POAS? How will you tell others that you are pregnant?
1. CD 33, 8DPO (We have done 3 cycles of actively TTC with 2 cycles of OOT work in there as well.)
2. I just want to get this cycle over with so DH and I can get busy next cycle. (But I hope this cycle doesn't end until I am at least 11-12 DPO.) I am going in for CD3 & 21 blood work this week. (I know some people think this is early but my gyn ordered these tests because of my medical history) If I don't O until CD20-15 how is the CD21 test going to help anything?
3. I bought a picture from that says Daddy & Me, I plan on writing Coming soon (month/year) and asking DH to grab my new picture frame from the bedroom. (Where I will have it laying on the bed.) DH hates my picture frame buying habit. He will probably be a little upset I bought another one, but then won't care once he has seen it. I also bought 2 grandparent picture frames for my parents. When we tell the ILS we will probably just tell them, DH thinks telling people in weird ways is just weird. lol.
1. Where are you in your TTC journey? Cycle 5, cd 4. Not doing any ovulation meds this month but still taking metformin. If it happens it happens, but we're taking a couple months off b/c of my stress, and I'm training for a half in april. H is getting his SA this week - which I was glad to hear the place only charges $50 for it. Much better than spending a couple hundred OOP for ultrasounds each month.
2.Anything interesting/funny/neurotic to share TTC related? I'm scared for H's SA. Hopefully it's all ok and he works normal unlike me.
3. QOTW/QTKY- When you get your BFP how do you plan on telling YH or is he going to be there when you POAS? How will you tell others that you are pregnant? H won't "be there" but I plan to tell him right away. Don't have any special way of doing it b/c I'll be too excited. My bff will pry be the first to know after that since she knows what we're going thru. Parents I plan to wait until we're at least 8-10 weeks. Once they know, the world will know and I'd like to keep it somewhat quiet until 12 weeks.
Where are you in your TTC journey? Cycle 4, 9 DPO......pretty sure AF is just days away
This was such a strange cycle! I usually O between day 14-18 but this month I apparently Oed on D10! So of course we hadn't really been sticking to our EOD schedule yet since it was too early, there were two times that where in good range but I just "wasn't ready" if that makes sense
I bummed because this was going to be our first month of "really really" starting to be trying and it kinda failed lol
When you get your BFP how do you plan on telling YH or is he going to be there when you POAS? How will you tell others that you are pregnant?
My H loves Scotch, usually I get him the 12 year old one, but to announce it to him I'm going to buy the "18 year" and tie a pink and blue balloon to it
Not sure about others yet
((hugs)) FX that the times that were in the good range are all you needed!
I like your idea with the scotch, I love ideas that are unique and specific to a woman and her DH.
I also think I may have gotten a cyst on my right ovary. Since AF came saturday I've had a weird pain. Not super painful, more just an annoying pain like someone pokes my side. A friend of mine said she's had similar before. I did 3 rounds of clomid and 1 round of femara and I have PCOS so maybe taking a few months off from meds will help it go away. The weird thing is I only feel it while at work. I sleep fine. Hopefully it goes away.
Also, with the combination of training for a half and stop drinking pop I've lost 4 lbs Makes me happy but still have 15 lbs till my goal.
You're right on it, awick! 1. cycle 3, CD 22, 9-11 DPO, AF should be here in 1-2 days.
2. I'm feeling despondent b/c I thought this would happen right away (despite reading TCOYF and joining this board). I'm pretty certain AF is coming, so I guess we'll be trying for a Christmas baby next cycle.
March is going to be a bit rough. I have to attend a baby shower and SIL is due to give birth. Another acquaintence just announced pregnancy too. It just compounds....
3. I tested this cycle b/c my folks were in town. I told DH later it was negative and he got upset that I POAS without telling him. I was surprised by his reaction. So I confessed my fortune cookie plan and he said that would have been awesome (oh well). So, DH confirmed a surprised would be nice as long as I tell him right away and he's the first to know (including y'all). I have a Redskins onesie that I might put on a football and use that for the reveal (we call babies "footballs").
I'm SO EXCITED about telling my parents. I'm thinking of getting my mom a mug w/"Grandma ___" on it, and maybe Jeremiah 1:5. If we're far enough in, I'll probably frame the ultrasound pic. My folks will definitely cry.

1. TTC#2 for 3 years. CD30, 8 DPO
2.Anything interesting/funny/neurotic to share TTC related?
3. It depends on what day I get my bfp. I test in the mornings, but on work days he usually leaves for work before I get up. I don't think I will do anything special for DH. Mostly I'm afraid of having another m/c and I don't want something reminding me of it. I'm thinking about taking a picture of DD in a big sister shirt to tell our families.

1. Cycle 10, CD 5
Waiting for DH's urology referral to come through.
2. Yesterday my childhood BFF (we're no longer close) had her second child, and I spent a chunk of time editing photos of my baby niece at Christmas. It's weird; a few months ago this would've sent me into baby fever, but I'm so down on TTC that neither really phased me.
3. I usually get up before him, so I'll probably test and then snuggle back into bed and tell him.
Trying for #3; FET 8/18 -- BFN. Leaving things up to chance for now... After three years, three IVFs, and two FETs, we finally have our miracle babIES!

1. I feel like I have said this a lot on here lately, but I am not sure when I O'd this month. I got a positive opk on day 10 and day 22. So I am not sure. I feel like this month is out for some reason. It is also weird because I have been cramping and my back has hurt this whole month.
2. There was a post on ML last night about not getting pregnant and I feel so bad for some of the women that responded. It was heartbreaking to see some of the responses and stories.
3. I haven't decided yet. I guess it depends on when I take the test and if he is at home or not. If he isn't home I would like to think of something clever to tell him, but who knows.

1. Where are you in your TTC journey? TTA CD9, waiting to really TTC in May.
2.Anything interesting/funny/neurotic to share TTC related? Not really. Just wanting to get the TTC going because I've got some serious baby fever. But we're getting the ball rolling with buying a house, so that's first and foremost.
3. QOTW/QTKY- When you get your BFP how do you plan on telling YH or is he going to be there when you POAS? How will you tell others that you are pregnant? I think it all depends. I'll most likely test at work if I'm suspicious (I work in a medical office), and then can do something fun after work. I'd ideally like to get DD a "big sister" shirt and have her "tell" her daddy.
1. Cycle 1 CD28 2.This is my third cycle off BC but first TTC. My first cycle was 44 days and second was 27 but I could see a tempmshift so I assumed I Oed. This cycle has been up and down and up and down. No temp shift so I don't think I Oed. I have been having cramps on and off for a few days so I am guessing AF will show soon. 3. I think I would like to test on my own and then tell H. Seems like less pressure that way. We haven't talked about how we will tell other people. I have some ideas but we should probably be on the same page. Right now I am most focused on getting pregnant.
1. Cycle 3, CD 27 - should get cross hairs tomorrow I am either 2 or 3 dpo
2. I found out my mom was trying to give my American girl dolls to my sister for her 6 month old daughter and then denied ever doing that to me. She's crazy!
4. I want to find a fun way to tell ILs and my parents but don't have a plan yet. I will probably tell them between 8-12 weeks. I will tell everyone else at 12 weeks. If I get a + next week I may tell my BFF bc we are visiting at the time I would test.
1) Cycle 4, CD 7 2) we've been TTC since mid september, I started charting last cycle and was pleased that finally I had one that was under 60 days. Was sort of bummed that even though we tracked and timed everything perfectly last cycle AF came 9 DPO. 3) I really have no idea how I was going to tell him, I'll probably be so shocked that he'll hear my yell "holy shit". He would know I was testing though, he stays pretty in the loop with where things are with me cycle wise, he is at least interested in all the "TTC trivia". Unless I buy plane tickets home, I will have to settle for telling my family over the phone, but I wouldn't tell anyone until we were past 10 weeks.

1. Cycle 7, CD 21, 3 DPO per FF 2. I'm not especially hopeful this cycle, so I'm trying to focus my thoughts on getting a new job after the school year ends. I am seriously so happy to see a light at the end of the tunnel that it helps make everything else matter less. 3. Now that H doesn't travel much for work, I don't see any reason why he wouldn't be there when I test. I actually would prefer that he look at it and know first, I'm not good with anticipation.

1. Where are you in your TTC journey? Cycle 5 CD11
2.Anything interesting/funny/neurotic to share TTC related? I asked my mom what her experience was getting pregnant with me. There is a good gap between my brother and I and I assumed it was becuase she had problems getting pregnant and I assume that I might get the same problems (irrational I know). She told me and we hung up and I hoped she wouldn't figure out why I asked. She called last night and asked if we were TTC. And I lied...I feel awful but she is the mouth of the southwest but ugh! I feel bad!
3. QOTW/QTKY- When you get your BFP how do you plan on telling YH or is he going to be there when you POAS? How will you tell others that you are pregnant? I have no idea what I'm going to do whith DH. I'm generally bad with keeping secrets so chances are I'll blurt it out as soon as I see a +. I toy with other ideas for the family so we will see when it happens!

1. Cycle 10, CD 14, DPO? (I think I O'ed on Sunday, but my temp is rising so slowly. So I don't know what is up with that.)
2. I feel like I spend so much time in the 2WW.
3. I will be so freaking excited when I get a second line that the neighbors will probably know. As for family, they ask me all the time, so nothing exciting there- H might come up with a cute way to tell his family, since they live far away.
awick14 - The CD21 bloodwork should really be done on 7DPO. So if you ovulate on CD20, you should get the blood drawn on CD27. The CD21 thing is assuming an average cycle of 28 days and O on CD14. If that is wrong, please someone let me know, but that is my understanding of how it works.
thoseareradishes- Thanx, I will call her and talk to her about it before I go in for the tests and see what she says. I will also read the paper work she gave me and see if it says CD21 or 7DPO. I only remember her saying CD21.
1. Cycle 3 CD 9 2. Nothing 3. My H is a die hard Aggie fan. There are baby Aggie shirts, bibs, hats, booties, etc all over the place here. I plan on making him a gift of these and putting the pee stick inside. (Thanks simspongal for the idea) He told me he wants to be surprised, even though I want him there when I pee. H also wants to have a big party to tell our families but I don't see how that will work since we don't host a bunch of parties so our families would be suspicious. Also, we don't have a place to hold the party (we live in a tiny duplex right now) and everyone would have to travel... the logistics are a nightmare.

1. Where are you in your TTC journey? Waiting for 1st post-D&E period
2.Anything interesting/funny/neurotic to share TTC related? Had our final "wrap up" appointment for the pregnancy yesterday, it's weird and a relief at the same time to be done with it. We basically got the ok to start TTC whenever we are ready but doctor suggested maybe taking 2-3 cycles so we can physically and emotionally heal. I am anxious to get going again but think 2-3 cycles is probably right about what we need anyway. Things are so crazy right now with work/school/random crap, if we can get through the next 10 or 11 weeks in one piece, I'll be way less stressed and maybe ready to try again.
3. QOTW/QTKY- When you get your BFP how do you plan on telling YH or is he going to be there when you POAS? How will you tell others that you are pregnant? Yeah nothing special at all.
1. Cycle 3, CD 11 2. I have a cold that is messing with my temps. 97.1 one day and 98.2 the next day. What? Not helpful. I need to dust off my copy of TCOYF. It has been 2 years since I read it the first time. 3. I will probably test and then surprise my husband with the news, but I don't have any special announcement planned. For our parents, we will likely just tell them at a family dinner once I am a little further along. I like to keep things low key

3. QOTW/QTKY- When you get your BFP how do you plan on telling YH or is he going to be there when you POAS? How will you tell others that you are pregnant? For H, I have a baby outfit that says Daddy's Wingman (DH is obsessed with planes). For my parents, we go there for dinner a lot and I often bring a dessert. I'm going to bring a cake that says "Congratulations, Grandma and Grandpa!" We'll have to tell his parents over skype because they're long distance.
1. Cycle 7, CD 21, 3 DPO per FF 2. I'm not especially hopeful this cycle, so I'm trying to focus my thoughts on getting a new job after the school year ends. holy Shit we od the same too!
what happened to doing non-ttc qotw? I liked those better.
Cycle 7 d22 4dpo no chance of being pregnant unless it's the Second Coming. I have a Dr appt tomorrow with pcp to discuss my fertility sooooo we'll see.
Edited because I don't even know what day it is. lol

Damn FastHands I'm starting to get worried that I work with you or something and we just don't know each other's real identities, lol! Anyway this is your existing PCP and it was the gyn who you had all the trouble with, right?
I finally called and made my physical appointment! April 1st, which I know is a long way out but I'm off work the whole week so I wanted to take advantage. I figure that timing works out for an RE referral (if it comes to that) and doing all of those tests in the summer when I'm off.

I've run out of QOTW. Inputs would be very helpful. And ill try to make them not TTC related.
2. DH is scheduling a SA. He's uncomfortable with the idea of producing a sample but we both want to get some more information. I'm a bit (a lot) anxious about the potential results.
3. I don't think I'll be patient enough to do anything special to surprise DH. I would like to give him with a onesie from his alma mater but I don't want to have that in the house as we wait on a BFP. So I will probably just let him know as soon as the result comes up.
