do you run or workout during your lunch break?
I am thinking of adding another workout during the day. currently i workout during the evenings but i want to try out adding one during my lunch break (doing one before work is impossible since i have to be at work at 6:30am).
how do you do it? do you shower or just wipe off after? what is your routine?

I try to do a lunch time run about twice a week. I don't shower afterwards. I use baby wipes, deoderant and lotion. Plus I sit in front of a fan for a few minutes to cool down before changing. Dry shampoo is AMAZING for making it not look like my hair was in a ponytail all sweaty too.
I keep my lunchtime runs to a short run, usually only 3 miles (about 30 minutes for me) and only twice a week. I change, run, cool down, then eat my desk/work. I don't LOVE running at 11am, but I do love having my evenings free.
I used to work out at lunch when my gym was a 5-minute drive from my office. I'd take a quick shower after (without washing my hair and re-doing it or my makeup) but felt like I was too rushed and distracted and didn't really get in a good workout.
I have the same schedule as you ~ arrive to work at 6:30am. I work out on my lunch break and I have access to a shower. Most of the time I wipe down with baby wipes and reapply deodorant, etc. However, I work in a lab setting where jeans are the normal uniform. If I had to redress in "nice" clothes, I'd probably shower first.

I do. Sometimes I do a workout where I don't sweat too much (like weight lifting or yoga) and I don't have to shower afterwards. If I run, I have to shower (I sweat a ton when I do cardio), so I just stay at work an extra 30 minutes to make up the time.
I used to do it 3-5 x a week and loved it. My gym was part of the office complex. If I sweated, I'd rinse off (but never get my hair wet). If I didn't, I wouldn't.
I miss it, but I've moved locations (no free gym, closest is several blocks away) and my priority is a short work day so I can spend time with the kid. I work out after his bedtime, now, and commute by cycling.
