I will fully admit to being a COMPLET running beginner and using a run/walk method. I am planning on focusing more on speed work since I am now feelling/seeing improvements in my time (took 10 mins off my HM time! YAY!) But I also am realistic that I need to not overtrain and cause an injury, so I know it's going to take time.
So....What is a realistic amount of time? I know people are different but a general about of time that it took you to notice a difference?
