I know people buy their baby clothes often, but how about for yourself?
I was just thinking I wouldn't mind some clothes but then I felt guilt as I don't truly NEED anything. The last time I shopped that I can recall was when I had to go back to work at 12 weeks and couldn't wear my maternity clothes or my regular clothes. I spent a hundred bucks or so at target to tide me over.
I'm kind of sick of wearing the same outfits to work over and over.
I usually buy a couple things each month. I use to buy clothes weekly before being pregnant. I'm not happy with my body and I shop a lot less now. I've been buying a couple things each month because I have too! I'm sick of wearing the same clothes over and over again.
I hate online clothes shopping! I just remembered that my actual most recent clothes shopping experience was the gift card from the gap I had to spend. Nothing fit and its still all sitting in a pile in my house needing to be sent back.
I hate shopping. My style is very simple and finding clothes that's aren't "trendy" can be hard (I usually hate current trends). Plus, I have huge boobs and hips, I'm short, and can never find things that fit where they should. Finding shirts that aren't basic t-shirts is nearly impossible. I only go shopping when I absolutely have to.
I get something every month or so. I don't have much time to shop anymore. I'll pick up something at target or the like occasionally, then 3 or 4 times a year I'll take an afternoon off of work and hit the mall for some real power shopping without DS.

I haven't in a while, maybe a few months after I had the baby. I need more clothes, but I lost a lot of weight and would like to continue losing, so I'm not going to buy took much just yet.
In the spring/summer, dh and I are going to both shop for a new wardrobe at some outlets. We used to shop at Kohls, but the one we used was destroyed in Sandy and no one really knows when it will reopen. There was talk of Feb or March but also talk of August, so who knows.
I usually pick up a few things every week. I live really close to a decent shopping center and like to run in when I see coupons and look for sales and stuff. I love shopping and clothes though.
SS: I used to love clothes shopping and would pick up a piece here and there regularly. However, I now have an entire closet full of clothes that I love but don't fit me (extra baby weight and newly giant boobs) so I haven't bought anything in well over a year now.
I bought myself some fucking jeggings yesterday, and I look like a goddamn rockstar.
Sent from my shamcock.
I got some with a gift card from Christmas, and I have to say that my ass looks fantastic. I also got a crazy deal on some brown riding boots from Lucky and feel amazing.
Other than the gift cards I got at Christmas, I haven't shopped in a while. I'm still losing weight and don't want to buy a bunch of stuff I won't be able to wear in a couple of months (hopefully.)
Maybe a few times a month. Right now I'm actually shopping summer maternity wear at consignments and things. So I'm spending more money than in the past few months, but trying to get things as I see them at good prices, since most of my old maternity clothes aren't going to work.
I really love to shop. Pre-baby I might shop for myself 1-2 times a month. I worked in retail for a long time so I used to do a lot of damage on my breaks. I hate shopping for myself now because nothing really fits right anymore. I think I've shopped for myself three times since I've had the baby. I need to go shopping badly. I really, really don't want to. That makes me sad.
Rarely ever. I used to buy myself things all the time, but now I just buy stuff for DD all the time. If I have a special occasion I'll buy myself something, or when the seasons change. In a month or two I'll buy myself some new summer dresses, shorts, and camis.
I've only bought a few shirts and a pair of jeans since A was born. I'm going on vacation in April and will have to buy clothes for it and I'm dreading it! This is all because of my weight though. I'm 40lbs heavier than most of my clothes fit and I just feel gross and don't want to spend any money on my current size.

If shoes and undies count, probably a couple of things per month. I really need to pause, re-evaluate my closet, and start being more focused, though. I'd like to be more thoughtful about getting timeless pieces that work with other things I already own, instead of getting caught up in liking something in the moment.
Usually when my body changes or things stop fitting right. OR, they are too worn. It works out to like, once a year I get a few new things. And thats usually with Christmas gift cards!!!
I think I buy workout clothes more than work or casual clothes. Generally, I buy a few new items every 3 months or so. I try to make sure I remove something from my closet at the same time.
