- Today is my Friday! I go home today. I haven't seen DH in 22 days. I am very happy!
- I have a slight headache, I hope it doesn't get any worse, last time I flew home I had a migraine and I went straight to bed when I got home and it sucked! (I did get a lot of cuddles from DH though.)
-I am so bored at work, my cross shift is not going to be here until 11am and I just want to go home now, but it's only 8.
Work is slow today too. I am about to book a vacation to Kiawah Island, SC. We are planning to stay at a condo on the beach for 5 days the first week in June. I am hoping it will be a baby moon!!

Yay, awick! Stay plenty hydrated - I hope your headache goes away Kiawah is gorgeous! I love all the Spanish moss. Although, as a Jersey girl, I find the water a little too warm.
DH and I had our life insurance physicals this morning. This forced me to step on a scale and finally own up to my 5 holiday pounds - oh well, it wasn't as bad as I thought. The guy was impressed that I was spot on w/my weight - not surprisingly, most people are 10-20 pounds off, hehe. This is the second time in the last week I had to answer the "are you pregnant" question with a create-you-own box "maybe."
I hope my results are good. AF should be here tomorrow. I think I'm feeling cramping, but until AF comes there's a small chance for this cycle. My temp was sort of high today. DH wanted me to test this morning but I told him we should just wait until this weekend or later (after AF timing). I'm so proud of my willpower (or maybe it's cheapness, I don't want to waste another test).

House projects this weekend - yay!
FX that this is your cycle.
We have house projects scheduled this weekend to. I'm kinda looking forward to it. Other then I don't know how the dog is going to react as they are outside projects and he doesn't like us changing "his" yard. lol

Aww glad you get to go home! Enjoy it!
I'm moving offices at work and completely getting downgraded from an office with a door into basically just the corner of a room that also houses a door to the hallway, so it's the walkway for employees to come in and out. Meanwhile cw is also moving from office with a door to....office with a door. I'm pissed. My boss isn't even here for me to talk to her about it. No one bothered to tell me this was going to be the arrangement, I knew we were moving but expected to still have an office.
This sounds so petty but there's been a lot of BS garbage going on in the last few weeks and this is the last straw for me. I'm so over this place.

I'm sorry, HS. Can you email your boss? You shouldn't let that stuff fester. That stinks about your office. Do you work from home so you don't have to spend the entire week in a corner?

I am considering emailing her, I just haven't done it yet.
The funny part is when I started I was able to work at home 2 days a week. That went down to 1, now none.
For my job I am required to do some events out of office, looks like I'm suddenly going to be scheduling A LOT of events.
I am having some cramping so I'm getting hopeful. Then yesterday my coworker came in and was bugging me so we chatted about TTC. She isn't in my dept and I don't see her often so I felt pretty comfortable. She is one of the people I know who has struggled (and has a beautiful baby girl - 13 months old - now).
Also I have people constantly nagging me about deadlines. I think they are in a panic because last year I struggled. It irritates me beyond belief because last year I was totally new to this concept and had no support or training. Now that I have an idea about what to do, I expect things to go a little better. Nagging isn't going to get things done sooner, just irritate me. Grrrrr.
Positive accounting vibes coming your way, Merida. DH is in tax and doing tons of compliance type work right now. Everything is a fire drill and extremely boring. I'm sorry At least it's a sure-fire time for racking up billables.

Jersey girl here checking in!
HS- that sucks about your office. When we moved offices at my former workplace I was told I could have a window, then they gave it to a women who only worked 3-4 days a week, and she didn't even like her office, so she worked in the conference room. So the nice office with a window was usually empty.
Not much going on here- just looking forward to the weekend and hopefully spending time with family.
Oh sweet, I worked in Freehold for 4 years on Willowbrook Rd but I got moved to my firm's Toms River office last year and so we moved down here because it was cheaper. DH works at the Monmouth County Courthouse so he's in Freehold every day. Annnd I was just in Howell the other day to go to the dentist lol. Small world!

We got to work super early this morning (DH had a meeting and we carpool), and now DH is "making" me go to the gym. I just want to go home and sit in the couch, but we'd really like his BMI to be lower before we get life insurance, so I feel like I have to be supportive. /pouts
Trying for #3; FET 8/18 -- BFN. Leaving things up to chance for now... After three years, three IVFs, and two FETs, we finally have our miracle babIES!

I don't wanna work out!
At least he's making the effort. We just did our life insurance exams a couple months ago, DH's blood work came back with it stating that he has high cholesterol. DH's response was how? I told him he eats to much junk!
He eats fairly healthy when I'm home and then I work OOT for a few weeks and that's when he eats whatever he wants. I told him he needs to work on his cholesterol because they said that as soon as his cholesterol levels drop they will drop his rate down to the rate it would have been, he is healthy other then this.

Yes, I'm very proud of him for his effort. I was just being whiney. :-D
He just saw the doctor and had bloodwork recently, and all his other numbers were good (and the doctor wasn't concerned about his weight, but DH would like to lose a few pounds and we know it can factor into his rates).
That's awesome that your DH's rate will decrease if he gets his cholesterol down; I didn't know they would do that!

They will only decrease it if he does it before he turns 30, I believe. They are only doing it because he is younger then then average person with high cholesterol. (At least that's what they told us.)
(And sorry if I sounded rude, I didn't mean to sound like that.)
