Suggestions for Hair and Makeup?

I am on the look out for a place to get my hair and makeup done prior to my city hall wedding this Friday afternoon.

We will be staying at the Fairmont in Copley for the weekend, so I was hoping to find a place close to Copley/Back Bay/Newbury st or Gov't Center.

The place I used to go on Newbury has closed down so I'm trying to find another place.  I have shoulder length hair so really just need to do a blow out, no styling necessary and then nice, natural looking makeup.  I'd like to have it done at one place so I'm not running all over the place.

What would you all recommend??

We're having our b-parties this weekend, so it just seemed like the right time to do it as our good friends will be around to celebrate!

There is a Gretta Cole in Copley (right next to the Westin). I've never been but it would be close for you.

I get my hair cut at Mizu in the Mandarin Oriental. It's expensive but I love it. I don't think that they do makeup though.

There is a place in the South End that just does blowouts.

I haven't been there. I go to the the aveda in Harvard Sq. But they ought to be able to do a blowout and makeup, right?

A long time ago I used to go to Beaucage on Newbury. I can't really remember why I switched. Probably because Cambridge is closer. But I liked them.

I've gotten massages at Etante and Emerge, but that's not helpful to you. Sorry!

LOVE the Fairmont Copley! We looked at their smaller ballroom but the minimum was way too rich for our blood

My friends got married at the Fairmont Copley. As they were having their tasting in the grand ballroom a mouse ran right across the floor and under their table.

Nice! Did they get a discount? 
We were looking at the small one and the a la carte prices seemed in line with what we wanted but it still had a 30k minimum. So even with open bar and high end cocktail hour, we couldn't hit that with only 100 guests. It was weird.

No!  I told her that she should have asked or at least said something.  I'm deadly afraid of mice and would have caused a scene, not because I would have wanted to, but just because I wouldn't have been able to stop screaming. The whole night of the wedding I was on the lookout for rodents.
