I think I've gotten like 2 speeding tickets. Then I've gotten 1 verbal and 1 written warning before. Not sure how long they stay on your record. But, my MA driving record is clean!!

So, I don't know if you're familiar with the shortcut through Alewife station if you're on 2E. When I worked in Waltham, another coworker and I lived in Somerville and did the commute. We're still friends even. Anyway, you can cheat and cut through Alewife and the parking lot of an office building. Then you kick out onto a side street off rt 16. You're supposed to take rt 16 between commuting hours. However, we all usually cut around to Mass Ave. MUCH easier. One day they had a few cops watching though, and they were pulling everyone over. Both my friend and I got pulled over, but he got a ticket and I got warning. It was awesome. He was so pissed.
I've never been pulled over, never gotten a parking ticket. With the exception of a minor accident the month I got my license, I'm a perfect law abiding driver. (angel)
SO and I were coming back from Vermont last summer on 89. We come over this small hill and there's a temporary orange sign that said something like "SPEED ENFORCED BY AIRCRAFT." At the bottom of the hill were 4 (!!!) state police cruisers each with a car pulled over. They were obviously not fucking around.

I have two speeding tickets on my record, and got both of them within about a month of each other back in ... 1995, maybe? I don't know how it is now, but at least back then, a third moving violation in 18 months got you an automatic license suspension, so I got my little 1988 Sundance retrofitted with cruise control. I have a super lead foot, but I've never been the fastest thing on the road since, I guess, because I haven't had another. I've also never not had cruise control since.
Oh, and now I'm remembering my second one in way, way northern Maine. It was a 55 zone, and the bozo in front of me slowed down suddenly and I got so pissed at him. I pulled out, gestured when I got alongside him, and pulled ahead, right into a speed trap with about 6 police cars waiting. I. Was. Mortified. They clocked me at 79.
My H got pulled over one time when we used to commute to Tufts together. We were on 93 heading south and getting off at the Medford Square exit. It always is backed up in the morning, and sometimes people get into the breakdown lane a little early to exit. Well, he did that one morning and there was a statie there pulling people over.
H got a written warning because he had a clean driving record. That is really the only time he has gotten pulled over.
I only got pulled over once, and it wasn't really pulled over it was more getting waved over by the stupid cop with the gun. He clocked me at 35 in a 15 mph zone (yes, its ridiculous) in East Providence. It is a total speed trap and now I always crawl through there at 15 mph with cars up my ass. He gave me a verbal warning and told me to drive more slowly.
I do almost all my driving in the city on the 2 miles between my house and work, I rarely drive over 25 or 30 mph.

I've been pulled over probably 12 times and all but one were for speeding. Once, I got pulled over on rt 20 right on the waltham/watertown line twice in one week, one for doing 49 in a 30 and 50 in a 30. I've been issued 2 tickets a few written warnings and a lot of verbal warnings. My friends joke that I must bribe the cops because no one should be as lucky as I am.
The 2 tickets I did get, one was from the first time I was ever pulled over and I had to pay it because I was leaving the country for 6 months the following week, and one I fought and got it knocked down to half.
