I haven't been in the habit of walking for exercise lately, so I went with my neighbor, where we did an awesome hilly 4 mile walk.
Problem is, I always get blisters. Even when I walked regularly I would get them right under my toes/around that area. I'm sure I need thicker socks but without wearing shoes that are too small, how do I avoid the slipping/friction of it? Or can't I?
Also, any recommendations for good walking shoes instead of generic $20.00 sneakers?
