I just finishes week 4 day 3 and I felt like it was definitely more difficult than the previous weeks. I routinely was looking at my app when I was doing the 5-min jogs. A few times, I wanted to stop and walk but I pushed forward.
Should I repeat week 4 or move forward with week 5?
I am on week 8 and I wanted to repeat week 6, but I didn't. I needed to prove to myself that I could actually do it. It wasn't as bad as I thought. It's really up to you. Try the first day of week 5. If it's insanely hard, go back and repeat week 4.

Maybe just repeat the last workout and not the entire week if you feel you aren't quite ready to move on? There's no shame in repeating but don't sell yourself short. You did complete the workout, even if it was hard.
Thanks everyone. My confidence in running continues to increase with each passing week I continue with c25k. I think I may try to either repeat week 4 day 3, or just try week 5 and see how it goes. I know several people said they repeated a week, but wasn’t sure “what” made them feel like they needed to repeat a week.

I would just move on to week 5. When I did C25K, I always felt like I was going to die, but somehow I was able to move on each week. Especially since you completed W4D3, I think you'll be fine on week 5.
