B: Going out to breakfast! I usually order eggs, bacon, sausage, spinach, and fruit for me and my girls to share. L: Probably leftover chili rellanos with veggies S: handful of nuts and/or coconut fudge D: spinach and artichoke tuna melt E: stretching, a little yoga

I had the 3 course lunch; ceasar side salad, tortilla burger w/ a few fries and a warm chocolate chip cookie. S: probably not a thing!!! D: E: going to the gym. cardio of some sort, depending on how I feel. Either running or AMT, plus some light upper body lifting.
