I don't know. I used to print firstname lastname. After the Army, I sometimes make a C followed by a long line of scribbles that I put no thought at all into and have zero consistency with across the board.

first initial/last name--all blended as one
I have never signed my full first name.
Odd story, I had a co worker forged my name to a work form. When I was questioned about the form, I told HR and Legal that I never wrote the report nor did I sign it. I explained that the signature was not mine--I never sign my name in that form (full first name space last name). HR pulled all my employment paperwork to confirm, and I showed them my DL and passport signatures. I was cleared but co-worker was fired.
First/last. I used to do first, middle initial, last but I sign so much stuff at work I stopped the initial. It's become messier since I switched departments.

I never had a middle name growing up, so when I got married I made my maiden name my middle name. I always wanted a middle name, so now I proudly sign my name: Firstname Middleinitial Lastname. If it's just a store recept or something then I get pretty messy, and do First initial-scribble Last initial-scribble
Mine is just my initials. My last name contains an "i" so I give my last initial a long tail and dot it so that it looks like there is an "i" in there. So, three letters and a dot. I'm lazy.
I used to have to sign firstname middlename lastname. All 23 letters of it. My second cousin had the same name as me (different middle name, but same initial), and she got into a lot of trouble. I was served at my front door when I was 15 years old because someone put a PPO on her, and they sent it to me. I had to go to court and fight it, and since then, I had to distinguish my name on everything.
Now, it's much easier with my married name. I sign firstname lastname. Only 16 letters now! :-)

Some scribbling, one of which resembles an 8 and not an H. Payroll called me once because I signed time sheets and asked if I could make it slightly more legible. No, I could not. Thanks for asking, though.
"This prick is asking for someone here to bring him to task Somebody give me some dirt on this vacuous mass so we can at last unmask him I'll pull the trigger on it, someone load the gun and cock it While we were all watching, he got Washington in his pocket."
first name, first initial of last name and then something that approximates the general shape that my last name would make if i wrote it properly in cursive.
