Are you guys still doing check ins??? I have weight to lose dammit and I need some buddies!
I was doing so good - I lost all the baby weight within the first 2 weeks and then dropped another 5 pounds. My jeans are still tight and the last few days I have been adding in way too many treats. A big mug of hot chocolate with Baileys and ice cream on top, and then a neighbor brought a plate of cinnamon buns. Last night a friend came over and brought pumpkin bread piled high with icing. . . .
I gotta get back on track!
I've been drinking smoothies every day with a big handful of spinach in them and they are actually pretty good! My favorite is a frozen banana, a tbsp of peanut butter, almond milk and spinach with a glob of greek yogurt thrown in too for good measure.

I have been trying to lose weight for 13 months. So far, I've lost 82 lbs., but I did not lose any weight in February. I'm only 11 lbs from my goal and totally stalled. I'm kind of bummed at this point, and looking forward to warmer weather for some outdoor recreation.
Holy crap! Girl that is awesome! You should post before and after pics to inspire the rest of us! Any tips or advice? I think it's pretty normal to plateau, especially when you get closer to your goal weight. You should still be proud of yourself!
I am still on track and the stomach bug gave me a big shove when I lost several pounds . I am feeling good and hoping to lose another 5 this month as well as tighten so I can rock a bikini in a month when we hit the beach. I plan to enjoy feeling good and finally being in shape for a few months and then we plan to get PG again. So it begins again....

I am totally off track. I was down to my lowest since dd in September, then DH was in the hospital and recovering, and I haven't gotten back on track since. I don't quite know what my problem is.
I have about 20 lbs to lose which isn't much, but I lose five or ten, then gain it back. Argh!
