The coach said they were beautiful. That didn't make me hate Nancy any less though. It was 90 degrees out there.

My tip is to go light until you are extremely comfortable with the form. RX'ed for the WOD was 45#, which I've done before but struggled with the form. I dropped down to 35# and felt much more confident.
