So we know what VT is doing this weekend, but does anyone else have any fun weekend plans?
Tomorrow is H's birthday, so we're going to No 9 Park for dinner. I don't think we have anything else planned for the day, but we'll see what he wants to do. Sunday, I have a program starting, so I'll be at work all day starting around noon. Wheee!
Today I got my first real snow day as a teacher. I just got showered and dressed about half an hour ago, and now. i'm nursing my coffee. Doing some online shopping (nothing fun, just some books for work). H is working from home today and DD is still asleep.
Tonight we are going to a concert, and will probably grab a late night snack/drink somewhere in downtown Manchester afterwards.
Tomorrow I need to make some lunches to freeze for work next week. I've been doing this since starting this job and it makes my morning so much easier. Plus, I have healthy meals every day without the junk that is in lean cuisines and other frozen meals.
Sunday is grocery shopping, a mystery shop for lunch and probably a matinee showing of Oz.
I am running the Providence St. Pats 5K tomorrow morning and then we are having a few friends over for drinks afterwards. It is going to be a day drinking kind of day.
We are finally back to equilibrium around here (no illness or family emergencies, yay), so we have the weekend to just be.
Today I dragged DD to Foxboro to a Montessori school "interview". I expressed my displeasure at having to take the roads this morning for this nonsense. DH worked from home and DD and I tried to fill the day indoors
Tomorrow we're starting the day with pancakes, then we're going to "play" outside, which means clearing the driveway (again), building a snowman if we can, and maybe sledding. I have a hair cut at noon, with a new gal. They called tonight and said my regular stylist had a medical emergency, so God knows what's up. I hope she's OK.
Sunday all I have is I'm scheduled to sing at 9:30, everything else is wide open. I entered a sock knitting competition, so I'm hoping to make some progress.
