I like them but H has reservations. Most of them will be this style, with a couple different ones to break them up. They'll be 42'' tall, so plenty of room. I'm only going to put pretty stuff that doesn't get used much on the top shelves. Anyone want to tell me not to get them?
They're beautiful! I really like that it's just the top that's glass; those full class fronts on cabinets mean things have to stay way too organized/attractive for me to get behind them. But that little bit of glass is just right!

Thank you! This is exactly where I'm at. H wants to mix full windows with non windowed ones and I'm trying to explain that in a few years those will be full of sippy cups and cartoon themed kids dishes that no one will want to see.
And yes, our house is considered a center hall colonial but has a traditional look to it.
I love them. People I know with clear glass uppers usually store stuff that is nice to display but not used a lot. I have one glass cabinet that houses all my large serve ware and my everyday glasses. The serve ware is rarely touched and the glasses are all the same so it looks uniform. I would never do full glass in the entire kitchen.
