I've been doing C25k every other day with abs and lower back after the run. I'd like to do legs and arms on my off days but I've kinda been making stuff up as I go at the moment. I usually start with jumping jacks and burpees but everything else is on the spot. I've done NROLFW stages 1-3 before but I don't want to do something like that again until I can get better with my run.
