I'm about halfway through C25K, and should be done b/w late-June/mid-July (depending on if I need to repeat any weeks). I know that the C25K program gets you to the point of being able to run for 30 mins straight. I know I can't run a 10-min mile; thus, it'll take me longer than 30 mins to run a 5k.
Once I get through the 30 min continuous jog, is there an app or other equipment I can buy to start tracking distance ran, etc?
