Any injuries/problems? I ran the stairs of our university football stadium on Sunday and my calves are brutalized.
Any highlights from last week to AW? Nope. I'm actually in such a weird place with training, where I feel like I put in a lot of hours but I don't know that I'm really being productive.
Any St. Patrick's Days plans? A 5k in the morning, brunch with friends, but no fun drinking plans. Womp woooooomp.

What does your schedule look like for the week? Sun - none. was going to do an easy 3 but felt awful Mon - 3 miles, treadmill. Today - debating on lifting or speedwork. Wed - 3-4 miles speedwork Thur - easy 3-4 miles Fri - off Sat - race
Any injuries/problems? Lack of sleep. Both babies have been coughing at night for what feels like the past 3 weeks. Last night I think I got 4 hours of broken sleep. Just plain exhausted.
Said lack of sleep led me to a terrible 9 miler on Saturday. I had to dig deep to keep going. My feet were soaked and cold from puddles and the freezing rain got to my bones. I felt discouraged
Any highlights from last week to AW? Despite it not being great, I am happy that I did make it for 9 miles. I really didn't stop (except to dodge puddles/lakes) and still managed to average about 9:30 miles.
Any St. Patrick's Days plans?
Nope. Maybe buy some Guinness to have a few brews at home. I love Guinness. (I like Boddingtons better, but that's not Irish!)

What does your schedule look like for the week?
My week is messed up because of my class and parent/teacher conferences
Monday - 3 mile pace run on TM Tuesday - Rest - class in the evening Wednesday - 8 X 400's at 5K pace Thursday - going to try to run after school before conferences - if so, 3 mile run Friday - 5 mile run Saturday - 7 mile run + 4 mile St. Patty's Day race w/ DH Sunday - massage - I'll run 3 or 4 if I miss a run on Thursday.
Any injuries/problems? IT band has been doing ok:) Keeping my fingers crossed that it stays that way:)
Any highlights from last week to AW? I had a great 10.5 mile run in the warm sunshine:)
Any St. Patrick's Days plans? nope, I may want to try to go out and get a rueben sandwich or make some corned beef and sauerkraut w/ DH.
What event are you training for? Date? You can't really call what I've been doing training, but I'm running a half on 3/30. I'm only doing it because DH has to do it to get a time for Chicago. Still, a PR would be nice.
What does your schedule look like for the week? I don't know. lol See "not really training" above. I'd like to at least make this a 35 mile week since I've been seriously slacking. (In my defense, I was resting my ITB all last week) Planning a 12 miler on Saturday w/my running group.
Any injuries/problems? My ITB is still questionable. I'm planning a really easy 5 from my house tonight.
Any highlights from last week to AW? I'm pretty happy w/the 15k I ran on Saturday.

Any injuries/problems? Ugh, yes. I did the intramural swim/dive meet last Thursday, and my upper body went into revolt. I had ridiculous soreness, and huge muscle spasms in my neck and back that haven't fully gone away.
Any highlights from last week to AW? I won diving at the aforementioned master's meet, and qualified for master's nationals in the 50 free without realizing it (though I'm not going to go).
Any St. Patrick's Days plans? Going to a college baseball game - weather will be perfect for it!

Any injuries/problems? I've self-diagnosed with hip bursitis. It SUCKS. So I'm working on strengthening my hips, stretching, icing, all the anti-inflammatory stuff

Any highlights from last week to AW? I did my first bike/run brick. 11 miles on the bike and a 3 mile run. I kept up a pace of about 14-16 miles per hour on the bike, which is fast for me.
Any St. Patrick's Days plans? Watching DH do a half and cleaning our spare room. woohoo! Maybe I'll use SPD as an excuse to paint the room a light shade of green.

Any highlights from last week to AW? I had a great 10-mile run on Saturday despite my lack of Garmin. Also, non H&F we found out we're having a girl!

Any highlights from last week to AW? I went to a swim clinic and had been to one in December wight the same person. Se complimented my swimming hand said she could really tell I had been working on some specific things she had told me to fix!! Yay!!

What event are you training for? Date? The Dolphin Challenge at the Yuengling Shamrock Half Marathon (8k Saturday/Half Marathon Sunday)
What does your schedule look like for the week? Monday - Rest/Walk; Tuesday - Interval class & 3mi easy run; Wednesday - 3mi easy run; Thursday - Interval class; Friday - Driving to VA beach!; Saturday - 8K; Sunday - RACE DAY!
Any injuries/problems? My knees are on the mend this week - hoping they stay strong for this weekend!
Any highlights from last week to AW? Last week was like Christmas in March - my repaired Garmin came in the mail as did my new yurbuds and CW-X capris (wore them Sunday for 6 miles and I am in love!)
