B: granola w/ almond and raisins in vanilla greek yogurt, banana L: chicken breast on ww sandwich thin (w/ flax) w/ american cheese, romaine and olive oil mayo; snap peas w/ hummus S: clementines, Luna bar D: garlic shrimp in coconut milk w/ tomatoes and cilantro, brown rice S: probably something small after dinner during Survivor/Modern Family
I am really trying to get back on the healthy eating bandwagon. The last few weeks, I have really slacked and have eaten way too many snacks and sweets and pop.
B: Raisin bran with 2% milk S: Chiobani bite (caramel with pineapple flavor) and tablespoon of ground flax meal L: Going out to lunch, so I'll probably have some type of salad or soup? S: Carrots and hummus D: Leftovers! Roast chicken, brussel sprouts and potatoes. Yum!
