Hello, We are toying with the idea of adding a B&B wall to our narrow dining room/livingroom (small open concept Ranch). If we did so, it would only be on one wall as we don't want it carried throughout the living room. Basically if we didn't stop it at this one wall there would be no other place to stop it.
The room is too narrow to put any furniture on this wall so I feel like the B&B would give a nice look while still leaving the room open and clutter free. (we also are getting a rectangle dining table and chairs as our old round one does not work for the room)
I am going to try to add some photos of our room to help with opinions. Please pardon the darkness (it was 5:30 am), the missing trim and the bay window hasn't been painted yet. (it's on the list!)
Do you think a B&B wall will look silly on only this one wall?

We did b&b on one wall in DS's nursery, on the wall where his crib is. I toyed with the idea of doing it everywhere, but decided that the room really didn't need it.
I don't think it would be silly to do it on only one wall, but I will say--of all of the molding projects I have asked DH to do, b&b was by far the easiest since it was all straight cuts. It was inexpensive too. I say this because if you get it up and decide you don't like it, it may not be such a heartache to take it down.

That looks awesome! Now I want to put some in my Son's room too!
