I've been revamping our master bedroom. I posted earlier about finally getting a headboard. I've now hung up curtains, and I've hung one of two mirrors. I'll get slightly different lamp shades (round instead of rectangular). Not shown in this picture is the radiator cover I dumpster dove with the marble top I had made.
I like it. It's very calm and soothing? I do think it needs a touch of color in a throw, lampshades, anything at all. It's a bit too creamy neutral for my taste right now. But what do I know. I'm trying to figure out if I can pull off thinner stripes and thicker stripes together..so I'm probably not the one to ask..lol.
Also, I think your mirrors need to be higher. I do love the way they look though.

On the height of the mirrors, I was following this Bryn Alexandra inspiration, but in this picture I feel like they are hung too high. I guess my thinking is the mirror should act as a frame for the whole lamp. (Also, I've got a full length mirror elsewhere in the room, so these aren't needed for that function.)
I like the mirrors in the second picture much better, yours are a bit smaller but I would line the bottom of the frame up with where the dip in starts on the headboard (bottom of the curve). I really don't like the lamp, but the tall skinny with a tiny shade isn't my style I like beefy lamps.
I feel like the curtains should be a different color. Maybe eggplant or navy, something sexy but a color that isn't already present.
I see where you're headed with the mirrors. However, I feel like mirrors should reflect light moreso than frame the lamps.
Your lamps are so tall and skinny it seems to dwarf the size of and hide the mirrors that way, kwim? They also make your beautiful headboard, look short choppy and out of proportion when hung that way to me.
Just my suggestion and why I brought it up. It's your room, if you love it, by all means do whatever.
i'm in the camp of thought that thinks the mirrors are hanging a smidge low. if it were my room, i would raise them about 6" and see how that looks. with that size and how much of the wall space they take on the wall, they almost seem to make the ceilings seem lower (not normally a design choice).
