I've noticed that on my left foot near the ankle on top it has been starting to hurt. I've been doing RICE but by the end of the day today it was hurting so badly I was limping. It is a cross between what feels like a bruise and a sharp ache. I did a 4 mile run on Tuesday and am running a 10k on Sunday. I'm never hurt so this is really irritating. :-( has anyone had a similar pain and how do I make it go away?
