After brainstorming with all of you about how to fit in my workouts with my work schedule, I tried running on the trail by my office after work yesterday. I fit in 3 miles before it started to get dark, and the route was great! Right along the Charles river in Boston, got to watch all the college crew teams practicing. I still got home at a pretty reasonable hour since I missed rush hour. I think I will definitely be able to get these runs in atleast 2-3 days a week and as its lighter later I can get in more miles. After 6 months at my new job I think I may have found a groove. Thank you!!

No my office is a little further out of the city. Once it's light out longer I could maybe get all the way down there. I ran there in college though when I lived downtown, so pretty!
That is great! I am so glad you found a solution that works for you. I know when I get my schedule worked out and hit all my workouts life is so much better.
