J&J stuff has a lifetime warranty. If it gets a hole or gets worn out, you just take it back. So, if you're selling your J&J stuff after your LOs outgrow it, hold on to your receipt and maybe add it to your eBay auction.
And the stuff sells for such high prices on eBay! I find cheap stuff too, but some of the stuff sells for $30+. So crazy! One day I will make a mini fortune on eBay.
More on UJ's I think ALL televangelists are scam artists. The message is so fake. I also thing mega churches who film their service for web or tv broadcast are ridiculous and more into the production. I don't think strobe lights in multiple colors is necessary. My SIL attends one of these. So silly.
We may be considered a "mega church" we have special lights and a "stage" but our new pastor is amazing! His sermons are the best! Not boring and he has great personality which makes church very enjoyable. Tbh, before him I would always find myself dozing off :/ we also record sermons to play on our church website (not like a main tv station though_ I know some churches do that) but I love it because I can still "watch" church if we don't make it!
I think there is a certain age when babies are too old for a pacifier. I'm not exactly sure what the age is, but I think we are almost there. I cringed whenever I saw Sophia on teen mom walk and talk with one.
AGREED! My niece had a pacifier until she was just shy of 4, yes I said 4. YIKES!
And I LOVE OLD NAVY! For me, and for my girls, I get high off their sales.

I agree. Laney is still pretty attached to hers and it's starting to bug me. I'm going to start only using it for sleep and maybe in the car. She just loves it so much still! I think I will slowly start taking it away more and more so by a year it's only for sleep. She doesn't even use it for sleep some of the time- only when she's first going to sleep and needs to settle down more...
Lillian gets her paci when she is tired, cranky and in the car. At this point I am not even thinking about taking it away. If she is cranky and I give it to her and when she calms down, I take it from her and tell her only for sleeping, and she is fine. I have no real paci hate but I get the older kids, like 4 rolling around all day with it. She is actually trying to share her paci now with DH and I. I feel the love
Ok, I'm not sure if I can express this one correctly.
I think all kids should have a doll in their toy collection. They learn about being gentle and kind and can mimic what they see mom and dad doing. Awesome. Thad will have a doll and we will praise him for being gentle, taking care of it, etc. However, I have several facebook friends who make comments about their daughters (aged 1.5-3.5) being "good little mommies" or "loving their baby like a good mommy should" or "my future little momma." They don't say these things about their sons. They show pictures of their trains, and trucks and talk about them being bruisers. And it just pisses me off. You shouldn't be describing a 2 year old girl as a future mom. It is weird to me.

I will pay a lot of money for cute, comfortable shoes (that last a long time), but I can't get behind the TB flats. That massive logo bugs me and is just NMS.
I think j and j is cute, but not worth even the deeply discounted sale prices.
I agree with the second part, but I'm in the minority I think because I dont even think its that cute. Their styles aren't what my style for Camden is. And I've liked maybe 1 or 2 outfits (those shorts in the newest thread for girls, O.m.g! ) for girls.
i really only like the girls clothes. The boys outfits are hit or miss and I have seen the same things at other places for similar quality. I think a lot of people are just into buying a brand name which is fine bc I like brand name things too but some stuff is just the same as at other places.

I called Edie "little mama" when it was in reference to the dogs. I wanted to make it clear that she was the boss. I don't know who I was making that clear to. LOL!
I am really fortunate to have friends with sons that post photos of them doing things like babywearing (beco makes a kiddo sized carrier). They also post photos of their sons nursing, which doesn't evoke any kind of reaction to me that's different than a little girl pretending to nurse. I have a feeling the majority of people are disturbed by it, though.

I live in TB flats and wedges and heels. They are amazingly comfortable (well the patent ones take a while to break in) but they are really nice shoes. TB are to me what JJ are to alot of you and a lot of them do not have a logo on them. We have an outlet here too which helps.

YES. I've tried them on and they seemed so comfy, but I wish they made them logoless.

they do make some of them logo less. and they also have the small logos now too.

I figured they might now. I don't mind the small logo as much, I actually have some TB flip flops someone gave me as a gift with the small logo that I don't mind.
I think the J&J dresses are very similar to what you can find at Kohl's for a lot cheaper. I wish I had the money to buy fancy stuff but I don't think that will ever be in the cards for me.
I thought that, but then she's had a few things from there come apart the second time she wears them, and the fit on Jumpin' Beans is so inconsistent!
I don't like sushi for a stand alone meal. I like a few pieces for an appetizer but I need something else with it to ground my stomach.
I always get some kitchen thing to go along with it. Like yesterday I got sushi delivery, plus I added Gyoza (dumplings) and yakitori (chicken on a stick). I like to contrast the warm and cold.
I hate onsies, and have since G started to fight diaper changes (5 months? Can't remember). I can't believe they come in 24 month sizes and have to search for "normal" tops.

Until they are walking I HATE normal shirts. I hate when he's crawling around and his belly is hanging out of his shirt. Drives me crazy!
I think cloth diapering is disgusting. I understand its more environmentally friendly than using disposable diapers, but its something i could never do because it grosses me out so bad. Flame away

I think it's gross to throw poop in the trash can.
The instructions on the Up&Up diaper box says to flush the solid waste. I know not one person who does that!
Related, it's weird to think that my own butt was diapered in just a prefold held on by "safety" pins!

Trash cans are gross in general. It's garbage. Blah!!!
