What's a normal breakfast for you? I would definitely eat before you go. Before I got pregnant (when I was much more focused on eating Paleo) I would eat an apple or banana before my workout and then have 2 scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of bacon afterward.
Being pregnant I will still eat before a workout but when I don't eat fruit, I'll have an English muffin with peanut butter - not Paleo!!
When I go at 6am I eat something like a HB egg and banana before and then eggs and bacon when I get home.
When I go at 10 or 11 I eat eggs and bacon around 8 or 9 w/ DD and maybe a handful of nuts before CF and have lunch when I get home.
Exactly this, but I go at noon. I don't like to have too much to eat beforehand. One time I ate some strawberries an hour before and almost revisited them during the WOD, so now I eat way earlier, lol.
That sounds like a good plan! Let us know how you end up liking your first class! I started CF in December and have been going 3-4 times a week, I love it!
