Hello everyone. I just found this board yesterday and figured I'd introduce myself. Over the past few years I've lost 95 pounds and have become a fitness junkie in the process. Last year I did my first sprint tri, first century ride and first olympic tri, among the other 10 events I did. This year I'm toning it down a bit and am doing my first half marathon in June with a few other events thrown in, but not as many as last year. Running isn't exactly my favorite so we'll see how that goes. Cycling is definitely my go to sport. I also love my kettlebells and yoga for a little diversity.
