Today I normally spin and Sundays I do long runs. The spin studio is closed today but I can go to the other one a little farther away or I can just run today. But tomorrow Im suppose to meet friends for brunch and I need to be ready by 10. Should I just do a shorter distance like 6mi today and spin this afternoon so I can just take tomorrow off. ahhhh total FWP LOL thanks
