That sounds like a good first workout! I can't remember my first one ever...I think it was ring rows, mountain climbers, squats, and running.
Protein right afterward is good. Some people like to foam roll. I usually work out at lunch so I cool down by sitting at my desk for four more hours Last night I cooled off with some stretching and a bunch of slow Abmat sit-ups.

Awesome! Our cool down is usually some ab movement....so we're still going but it's not cardio intensive. Stretch at home as often as possible, that seems to help me!
